The Painter Lady brings an impressive 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry.

Lisa embarked on her journey in 2015 with a single ladder and essential tools packed into her Chevy Equinox, serving the Dubuque, Iowa area with unwavering enthusiasm. The humble Chevy SUV soon evolved into a fleet of vehicles, accompanied by new property acquisitions and additional ladders to cater to a growing clientele. Lisa's keen eye for talent saw her welcoming more teammates on board, further bolstering the company's capabilities. Even during the challenging times brought about by the COVID pandemic, Lisa seized unexpected opportunities and invited her son, Lydan Haas, a skilled painter from Black Earth, WI, to support the business temporarily. Impressed by the company's progress and values, Lydan stayed on as Vice President, expanding the services to the Madison area while continuing to serve the original Dubuque, Iowa region. Complementing the team further, Lydan's wife, Aniela, transitioned from the teaching profession to lend her expertise in spreadsheets and organization to the company.

To meet the growing demands of the enterprise, Allison Twombly assumed the role of Project Management in 2022, enriching the team with her experience and enthusiasm. Today, The Painter Lady LLC boasts a dynamic workforce of up to 20 skilled professionals, all dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized services to our valued customers.
